Our Staff:

Richard Cha: Cha is the owner of Sanctuary by Cha. He has over 19 years of experience with training from Toni and Guy, Vidal Sassoon, and Bumble & Bumble. He is formerly the Creative Director, level 2, from the Mission Viejo Toni and Guy. He's participated in many hair shows and photo shoots as well.

Casey Downs: Casey attended beauty school in Seattle and has 8 years experience. She is Toni and Guy trained, and also assisted and trained under Cha for two years.

Stacey Rowell: Stacey attended beauty school after graduating from Sacramento State with a Bachelor's degree. She has trained with Toni and Guy and Davines. She is also a Bumble & Bumble network educator, and assisted and trained under Cha for one year. She has 8 years experience.

Kacey Igarashi: Kacey has seven years experience and has trained with Vidal Sassoon, Hairlocs, and Davines. She specializes in extensions and has participated in photo shoots and shows.

Annie Handal: Annie has come from a long line of hair stylists and is a former salon owner. She has 11 years experience and has trained with Toni and Guy, Schwarzkopf, and Scruples. She is also certified for extensions.

Jennifer Gruen: Jennifer has 7 years experience and has trained with top stylists in Orange County. She is Toni and Guy, Davines and Vidal Sassoon trained.

Meredith Kirkland: Meredith has 5 years experience and has trained with top sylists in Orange County. She is Schwarzkopf and Paul Mitchell educated and the inventor of a patented salon product. She also offers a discount for fellow military wives and their families.

Jarrod Fisher: Specializing in color with a focus on formulation and natural looking results, Jarrod has mastered the art of ever-evolving techniques, allowing him to grow with changing times and trends while maintaining his signature look. With an enduring pursuit for creativity and professionalism, he maintains a belief in the fundamental notion that a true love for what one does will most certainly breed success.

As a Master Stylist Jarrod continues to push the envelope of product performance and technical execution to create the perfect look for each individual client. His commitment to salon education, as well as being an educator for the Logics hair color brand, has inspired a constant and spirited drive to achieve a mastery of his craft to the benefit of his clients.
